Privacy notice
Last updated: 5 October 2026. This is a translation; if the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
The game keeps your saved games and settings only in your browser. The website collects usage statistics on its own server, without analytics cookies or third-party services. If you choose to sign up for our new-games alerts, we also process your email address as explained below.
Website and game statistics
We count visits to the home page and to the games, new or resumed sessions, sessions that reach the ending and visible play time. We keep the day, the game and a general device category (mobile or desktop), with a random code that only lasts for that visit or session: it is not stored in your browser and is not reused when you reload. We do not identify unique people, we do not cross this data with newsletter email addresses and we do not build profiles across visits.
These records are kept for 180 days and can only be viewed in a private dashboard by the data controller. To limit abuse we temporarily use a hash of your IP address, which expires after 15 minutes at most; the statistics database does not store your IP address in plain text. The server may keep its usual technical access logs. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” setting, we do not send these statistics.
The admin dashboard uses a session cookie that its administrator needs to stay logged in; the public pages do not need it.

What data we keep
Your email address; the date and time when you sign up, confirm and, where applicable, unsubscribe; the version of this notice that you accepted; the language in which you want to receive our emails (Spanish or English); and an encrypted code derived from your IP address (not the IP address itself) that we use to stop abuse of the form and to keep a record of the request.
What for
Only to let you know when Serlai Studio releases a new game or has news about its games. We do not send third-party advertising and we do not build profiles.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You give it when you submit the form and confirm it with the link we email you: without that confirmation, we do not add you to the list. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long
For as long as you stay on the list. Requests that are not confirmed are deleted after 7 days. If you unsubscribe, we delete your address from the list and only keep the dated record of your sign-up and unsubscription, without your email address, so that we can show we respected your decision.
Who has access
No one else: we do not share or sell your data. It is stored on the server that hosts this website, which also sends the emails; the hosting provider only provides that technical service.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link included in every email. You can also request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to the processing by writing to info@serlai.com or to the data controller's postal address, with your request and the email address it concerns.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
